Dear All,We have just advertised a PhD position to investigate the effects of drought on seed production, building on the work of our beech paper. The project will work in collaboration with Kew Gardens.

Funding is available for international students. Given the research training and experience that is typical of European MSc programmes, applicants from Europe are often very strong in the applicant field, so please encourage current or recent MSc students to consider this opportunity. They can get in touch with me if they have questions, or would like to know more. They would need to be ready to start in October 2026.
